Visamundi is a travel management tool that scans your Gmail inbox for travel booking confirmations (flights, hotels, car rentals, trains), extracts trip details, and provides visa requirement information based on your nationality and destinations. The Service requires a Google account and, optionally, permission to read your Gmail.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Visamundi, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

3. Your Account

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at privacy@visamundi.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service beyond normal use
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties

5. Gmail Access and Data

If you grant Gmail access, you authorize Visamundi to read travel-related emails in your inbox to detect booking confirmations. You can revoke this access at any time from your account settings or directly from your Google account permissions. Revoking access stops future scanning and deletes your stored OAuth tokens. 6. Visa Information Disclaimer

Visa requirement information provided by Visamundi is for informational purposes only. It is not legal advice and may not be complete, current, or accurate for your specific situation. Always verify visa requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, or official government source before traveling. Visamundi is not liable for any consequences arising from reliance on visa information provided by the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Visamundi and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visamundi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting privacy@visamundi.co.
